As a full service incubator, the Technical Innovation Center offers a complete suite of facilities and services that enable the early stage technology firm to thrive and grow. Our well kept facilities are located on the campus of Hagerstown Community College.

We craft a custom business development package for each client firm based on their specific needs. To help you keep your costs down, we maintain all the usual business services that you can expect from an executive business suite; such as clerical assistance, photocopying, conference rooms and on-site catering. But as an incubator, we offer much more. The incubation process is focused on business development and management assistance. The TIC's Director is MBA trained and a former entrepreneur. In addition, our network of business advisors will work with you to formulate strategies for business success. As a member of the Maryland Business Incubation Association we can connect you with resources throughout the state of Maryland. We can help you navigate through Maryland's economic development programs to expedite the acquisition of needed resources and let you focus on running your business.
