Affordable Office Suites, Conference Facilities, Machine Shops, and Laboratories

The incubator helps you focus on your core competencies since you do not have to worry about your facility needs. At the TIC you can expect:

  • Office and open manufacturing space, with all utilities, except telco, included.
  • Multimedia library.
  • Conference room use included.
  • Access to professional grade equipment.
  • Access to faculty experts and student labor.

Our well-maintained 30,000 square foot facility has what you need – when you need it. Office suites, conference facilities, machine shops, and laboratories are available. No need to pay separate CAM charges, property tax, electricity, heat and water and sewer bills. One fee covers all your facility costs. Staff management consulting services are also included. For those who need it, we will provide your firm with broadband Internet access for substantially less than other ISP’s.

The Technical Innovation Center has also just completed the addition of 4,000 square feet of brand new wet lab space.  For Bio Technology firms, this is a great opportunity to begin your business with substantially reduced overhead and maintenance costs versus running a laboratory on your own.
