As a full service incubator, the Technical Innovation Center offers a complete suite of facilities and services that enable the early stage technology firm to thrive and grow. Our well kept facilities are located on the campus of Hagerstown Community College.

We understand that each client has unique needs. As such, we craft a custom business development package for each client firm. But as an incubator, we offer much more. The incubation process is focused on business development and management assistance. The TIC's Director is MBA trained and a former entrepreneur. In adition, our network of business advisors will work with you to formulate strategies for business success. As a member of the Maryland Business Incubation Association we can connect you with resources throughout the state of Maryland. We can help you navigate through Maryland's economic development programs to expedite the acquisition of needed resources.
