The expense of utilities (except telecommunications) is covered under the
monthly rent for basic users. Firms may assessed a surcharge per square foot
if it is deemed that the applicant is going to be a substantially heavier user
of electric power.

Use of the conference room when properly scheduled

Custodial services of common areas (maximum of five
days per week excludes actual office space and production
debris.

HCC)

T1 Internet connectivity
The TIC maintains a forklift for client use. Companies
must provide proof of operator certification prior to use.
