Hagerstown Community College's Technical Innovation Center is Western Maryland’s largest and most comprehensive technology based business incubator. Our only mission is to help you succeed.

As an auxiliary enterprise of Hagerstown Community College we can help you access many college resources such as training, equipment and student workers. Last year, we secured funding that allowed us to provide $30,000 in business assistance mini-grants to our clients. Our periodic Lunch and Learn program and our Executive roundtable discussionss provide entrepreneurs an opportunity to obtain new management insights from professional speakers and peers, as well as an opportunity to grow their networks. As a founding member of the Maryland Business Incubation Association, we can access resources from other incubators across the state. These are but a few of the many benefits our clients receive.

By helping you focus on your core competencies you do not have to worry about your facility needs. Our well-maintained 30,000 square foot facility has what you need – when you need it. No need to pay separate CAM charges, property tax, electricity, heat and water and sewer bills. One fee covers all your facility costs. Staff management consulting services are also included. For those who need it, we will provide your firm with broadband Internet access for substantially less than other ISP’s.
